- 2 tablespoons butter

In a large bowl, mix the water, flour, garlic powder, and salt and pepper together with a wooden spoon. Stir until everything is combined.
Add the florets to the bowl and toss to coat them in the flour mixture.
Once the florets are thoroughly coated, spread them over your baking sheet. Place them in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
As the florets are baking, combine the buffalo wing sauce and butter in a medium-sized bowl and whisk the ingredients together.
After 20-25 minutes, remove the florets from the oven. Toss them in the hot sauce mixture until coated. Place them back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

You can also add a few signature spices to your buffalo cauliflower. Sprinkle some herbs over the top to increase the flavor, or spice things up by adding a pinch of paprika or red chili flakes in with your flour mixture.
If you’re looking into full-on dinners you can cook alongside your buffalo cauliflower, you can always try:
- chicken breasts
- steak
- salmon, plain or glazed with garlic and butter
Cauliflower doesn’t need to be that boring veggie at dinnertime. If you’re not too keen on mashing or steaming them, you can try your hand at buffalo cauliflower. The dish gives you a healthy option that’s still brimming with flavor.
