Fall Sangria, To Your Tastes
Apple cider sangria is a simple, festive cocktail that will elevate any serving table at your fall gatherings with minimal effort. Our seasonal cocktail is brimming with apples and apple cider, perfect for apple lovers. However, if you’d like to put a twist on this delicious fall cocktail, there are plenty of seasonal flavors on our list of fall drink ideas.
Instead of traditional chopped apples, try using pears as your base. We use fresh cranberries and sliced oranges, but feel free to experiment with sliced strawberries, blood oranges, pomegranate seeds, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, or figs. Add flavorings such as honey, caramel, or maple syrup for added sweetness.
Our apple cider sangria consists of both white wine and vodka for an added punch. Red wine may be used in place of the white wine. Vodka can be swapped out for another spirit such as brandy or flavored vodka, such as caramel vodka.
If you’d like to make your apple cider sangria a mocktail for all to enjoy, it’s simple to do. Simply omit the white wine and vodka from the apple cider sangria and add more carbonated water or replace it with a combination of ginger ale and orange juice for some sweet notes.
