    How To Make Red, White, And Blue 4th Of July Jello Shots

    Nothing says the 4th of July like fireworks, barbecues, and booze. We’re not talking about your typical ice cold brew, we’re talking about festive and patriotic Jell-O shots! Making Jell-O shots can be intimidating. But don’t worry, because this step by step guide is easy to follow!

    What You’ll Need

    For Red Layer

    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 box instant strawberry or cherry Jello
    • 1/2 cup vodka

    For Blue Layer

    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 box instant blueberry Jello
    • 1/2 cup vodka

    For White Layer

    • 1 box of unflavored gelatin
    • 1 cup condensed milk
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/2 vodka

    Directions

    • For the red layer, combine Jell-O mix and boiling water and stir until dissolved. Then add, vodka and stir.
    • Next, fill shot glasses 1/3 of the way with the red mixture and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.
    • For the white layer, combined with the unflavored gelatin, water, vodka, and condensed milk over medium heat and stir until dissolved.
    • Next, mixture over the red gelatin of the shot glass, filling it 2/3 of the way up, and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.
    • For the blue layer, repeat the same process as you did for the cherry Jello with the blueberry Jello and pour over the white gelatin mixture.
    • To garnish, add a maraschino cherry with the stem facing up.
    • Refrigerate for another 60 to 90 minutes and enjoy!
