A tropical smoothie is one of the most liberating drinks you can craft for yourself this summer season. Not only does it bring you a taste of the beach to your very own home, but you can mix and match whichever kinds of juice and fruit work best for your tastes. Creating a tropical smoothie that cools you down and contains all of your favorite fruits is like summer in a glass, so why not make one (or several) this season?

Additional Ingredients
Tropical smoothies don’t need to stop at the above recipe. Some creators have added in papaya, coconut milk, fruit juice, milk, or strawberries. If honey isn’t exactly your cup of tea either, some people have swapped it out with equal amounts of agave nectar, or you have the option of adding sweeteners in to taste. Additionally, if you don’t have any orange juice in the house there’s no need to panic! Some people enjoy peeling and cutting a full orange into quarters to get the same taste.
Don’t forget about your garnishes! Some recipes encourage you to add skewers of pineapple, mango, or fresh sprigs of mint.
Bust out your blender this summer and make these simple tropical smoothies for you and all your friends. They don’t take very long to make and you can mix up the ingredients according to your tastes or the tastes of your guests. This delicious smoothie will make you the hit of the summer!
