Let’s face it, Rice Krispy Treats are delicious on their own, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be better. And what makes almost any dessert better? Ice cream, of course! Taking it one step further, a night of possibly under-the-influence snack making led one man to discover that a typical ice cream sandwich is roughly the same size as a standard Kellogg’s Rice Krispy Treat. So, he decided to swap out the -let’s face it – boring chocolate wafers, for a much more flavorful base.
Once he posted his new discovery on Twitter, the pic soon went viral, with many users admiring in awe at such a brilliant discovery. Some users were even quick to post their recreation and give some credit where credit’s due.

Yet other users weren’t quite as impressed. Some lamented about simply discarding the chocolate wafers without a second thought, others seemed confused with the vanilla on vanilla flavor combo, and some, well, some just didn’t understand it at all.
