You can make mad money there.
A manager can make around $100,000 a year working for In-N-Out, while regular employees have a starting wage of $10.50. Not bad!
Employees like to work there for a while.

None of their food is frozen or pre-packaged.
Their hamburger patties are made in facilities located in Baldwin Park, California, and Dallas, Texas. It never takes more than 500 miles to transport products to their stores. Perhaps that’s why they only have locations in the American Southwest?
The “animal style” fries have been around a while.
The popular fries were first introduced to consumers way back in 1961.

Chef Gordon Ramsay approves.
If the screaming guy from shows like “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Kitchen Nightmares” says that a burger is good, then it must be a GOOD burger. In one episode of “Hell’s Kitchen,” Ramsay tries the fast food chain for the first time, saying “In-N-Out burgers were extraordinary. I was so bad, I sat in the restaurant, had my double cheeseburger then minutes later I drove back round and got the same thing again to take away.”
Employees go through boot camp, essentially.
During training, In-N-Out employees are videotaped performing various tasks and are then evaluated and analyzed on their performance. Sounds like a lot of pressure, but someone’s gotta make your food fast and get it right!

Try pulling that off at a McDonald’s.

Founder Harry Snyder was reportedly inspired to have palm trees at every In-N-Out after seeing the movie “It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.” In the film, the characters are racing to find hidden treasure that’s buried under a group of palm trees. Snyder wanted his restaurant chain to have the same effect on customers…and it kinda does, if you think about it.
Animal Style is the best way to order your fries.
Okay, so this isn’t a fact as much as it is a matter of opinion. But still, the mixture of special sauce, cheese and grilled onions atop a glorious batch of crispy fries is hard to beat!
